The firm was incorporated in the year 1966 by its partners K.Subhashchand Ranka and R.Chandramowlee. The partners belonging to different regions, community and culture worked in harmony with the belief that the greatest success is derived only from co-operation and mutual trust.
The core business of the firm is distribution/Imports of Automobile components and it has a sound network in South India catering to many stockists, wholesellers and 1000's of dealers in it's territory. Today, the next generation have also joined the firm in extending their skills and vision to further strengthen the business.
